In Germany, Europe and around the world it becomes popular for our customers, sports car owners and custom bike enthusiasts that they wish to have a themed custom chopper
equivalent to their sports cars, e.g. a black Lamborghini Aventador owner commissioned to build the ‘Aventador’ bike to match his car.
 
Others again have a company themed chopper built for display for customers or simply a true ‘Made in Germany’ custom chopper for their collection.

Every bike runs the latest technology and is fully customisable and built to customers specifications including wheels, frame, exhaust, colour theme, logo/paint job etc. Or the customer commissions us to just match his expectations and gives us a ‘free hand’ to design every part.

Firstly to acknowledge is that the primary objective of building a custom bike like this is the drivability, highest quality of components, safety, reliability and full customer satisfaction.
These are things our chief designer and customizer of the bikes made his credo. He was working on bikes made by Orange County Choppers and others and can truly
say that the bikes which are leaving the fabrication room are at or above the known industry standards. Expect Ferrari quality.

All bikes are hand built in Germany in approx 10-12 weeks. Depending if custom parts like brand new design wheels are requested, then could be a week or two longer.

Each bike is unique, which means that the customer will get a fully build-up custom bike which is not available like that anywhere in the world.

All the safety relevant areas remain untouched and are not customised to ensure complete functionality and safety, this includes braking systems, frame rigidity, electronics etc.

The bike runs a nice massive 280/35/18 rear tyre which is very cool looking and yet perfectly smooth to ride. This tyre is not overly too wide and has the perfect balance between wide looks and comfortable ride quality.
The frame is a speciality and custom built for you. All smaller accessories and components are sourced from leading bike parts supply companies like S+S for the engine (supplier of Harley Davidson engines, reliable, powerful and easy to maintain engine also by local bike shops), Ceriani Fork, BDL transmission etc.

Every bike built is a tribute bike. Tribute to the reference of a car brand like Ferrari for example, or a car model like Ferrari F458 or Lamborghini Aventador. Anything is possible.
It can be a tribute to a company or to the owner. All parts will be fully customized to match the theme.

If you decided on a theme for your bike, it would be great if you can provide a description of what you are after as detailed as you wish,
including reference pictures of the car for example, exterior pictures as well as interior. The more information we have the closer we can match the bike to your requirements and wishes.

Tell us the colours you want on the bike. Single colours or dual colours, gloss or matt, with chrome or without, to match interior or exterior of the car for example or your company logo.

As you can imagine there are a lot of options when it comes to a customizing a motorbike. We found the best way is to have few base variants for the customer to choose from.

Once the overall reference design is selected the crucial parts on your bike design will be customised and build from scratch.

WHEELS:

There is selection of wheels from which customer can choose the desired design.

Alternatively, a complete new and unique wheel set can be designed and forged, according to the reference car for example or to one of your favourite wheel designs if customer has any (e.g. Porsche 918 style wheel or similar).
This option involves complete CAD development and forging from scratch. The set includes the design and fabrication of front wheel, rear wheel and matching pulley.

We fly anywhere in the world and introduce you to the bike in person and explain all functionalities, ideas behind the bike etc and answer all your questions.
We offer this as a personalised service for you to meet the bike builder, if requested.

Of course the bike is easy to ride and operate without such introduction, yet some customers like and prefer to meet the builder and shake hands and get the bike explained by the person who built it. We offer that service.

MEASURMENTS OF THE RIDER

Every bike is built for its owner and should provide the best ride comfort and take into account the preferences of the riding position.
We therefore provide a detailed body measurement form where customer enters all the measurements sizes, like arm length, leg length etc, similar as if you were ordering a custom-made suit.

Further we ask if customer prefers the slightly more aggressive posture while riding (more leaning forward) or likes to ride the bike mostly in an upright position or just slightly forward.
The bike and the steering bar are designed to match the customer’s preferences. Some customers prefer the dragstar position, more leaning forward, some a slightly leaning forward position (10-20% angle) and some more upright (5-15%).

Customer should enjoy the bike and have a comfortable riding position at all times. We also check the distance of the hands on the bar, at which customer would feel most comfortable holding onto the steering bar.
