The Mercedes C63 AMG W204 valve-tronic set up allows you the opening and closing of exhaust valves manually, via the elegant stainless steel LED button, making the exhaust sporty and sonorous when you want it or gentle classic when you need it.

FEATURES

The Sturmbock valve-tronic set up allows you the opening and closing of exhaust valves manually, via an exclusive switch made out of stainless steel with red LED illumination when on, making the exhaust sporty and deeply loud when you want it or classic quiet when you need it (e.g. when you leaving early in the morning).

This feature makes it a very unique and personalised exhaust system with a sophisticated and elegant valve opening solution. It gives you the great option to select the exhaust sound level depending what noise level you like or prefer.

The operation is done via a button with red LED illumination.
The button can be custom-installed in the centre console area, an empty console switch or wherever you feel is the best accessible place for it.

If button is on ON position, valves are open, creating the top deep sound all the time.
If button is on OFF, valves only open at a per-programmed RPM, for example at 4500 rpm. So up to 4500 rpm the exhaust operates in quiet mode and then above it will open up automatically and be loud again.
You can choose at what RPM the valves should open, if you wish, otherwise our technicians will set the exhaust opening rpm at the recommended level.

It is a very elegant solution and the sound is amazing.

If your car is equipped with an exhaust valve system from factory, you can choose to keep the factory valve settings or opt for our manual switch option.

Die SturmBock ‚valve-tronic‘ Klappen-Auspuffanlage wird von Hand in Deutschland hergestellt.

Wir verwenden die höchste Qualität an Meterialien und Edelstahl welches in einem komplexen Schweissverfahren (WIG) verbunden werden. Mit diesem Schweissverfahren erhalten wir die längste Haltbarkeit der Anlagen. Zu den weiteren Qualitäts-Produkten, die wir bei der Herstellung verwenden gehören die Steuerungselektronik, die Verkabelungs- sowie die Pneumatikteile.
Eine SturmBock Germany Klappen-Abgasanlage ist in der Regel ein sog. Cat-back-System, das heißt sie beginnt nach den Kats und umfasst den Mittelabschnitt des Auspuffs plus die hinteren Verbindungsrohre und Schalldämpfer mit Endrohren.


Die Abgasklappen werden durch eine Elektronik so gesteuert, dass Sie als Fahrer die Möglichkeit haben die Lautstärke der Abgasanlage selbst zu steuern. Leise wenn nötig, laut wenn gewollt. Über unseren hochwertigen LED-beleuchteten An/Aus Schalter, können Sie jederzeit die Klappen öffnen oder schließen und somit einen sonoren und sportlichen Klang erzeugen, oder dezent klassischen Klang wenn die Klappen geschlossen sind.

Bei Fahrzeugen mit serienmäßiger Klappensteuerung kann die Abgasanlage in der Regel an die vorhandene original Klappensteuerung angeschlossen werden. Optional bieten wir dann unseren manuellen Schalter an.
